Making It Your Own

This is an 1848 gramercy park townhouse in New York City. They actually turned a triplex into a two dwellings which is definitely much harder than you think. They completely gutted the place and it turned into this beautiful home. It’s sprinkled with very different light fixtures and sculptures by Ingo Maurer and Emilio Garcia.
